- 1/4 cup - water
- 1 cup - your favorite orange juice
- 1 1/2 cups - low-fat milk (whole milk works too)

- 3/4 cup - coarsely chopped almonds (pecans work well also)
- 1/2 cup - fine shredded coconut (optional)
Preparation:
- Pre-heat griddle to 325 degrees, prepare surface with thin coat of butter or shortening and wipe off.
- In a microwave save bowl, place the sugar, cranberries, orange zest and water, combining slightly. Microwave for 1 - 2 minutes or until cranberries are slightly soft.
